Now...about that new beater attachment I mentioned in the last post.....
it's called scrape -a- bowl. It's a mixer attachment that scrapes the entire
bowl of your Kitchen Aid mixer. It makes all that stopping and scraping
the bowl unnecessary.
I got mine at Williams -Sonoma with a gift certificate my brother gave me.
It works great with cake batters. It is not to be used with heavy batters, like
cookie batters......but for lighter batters, I really like it!
